Return & Refund Policy

Returns

• Items may be returned within 5-7 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or customized products

• Opened hygiene, beauty, or personal care items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), Dubai-Mart will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.
